“From Customer Service to Customer Experience: Lessons from Route 66 on Building Loyal Customers”
Greg Martinelli, Founder, Ag Sales Professionals
Since 1926, Route 66 has become the iconic road trip avenue for America. Even after a competitor (Highway 40) was built in 1956, Route 66 still holds a special place in our hearts. Greg will cover some of the methods businesses along Route 66 used to build it into the brand that it is. More importantly, he will share examples of how these strategies can be applied to grain origination and sales and more at your company. Route 66 wasn’t just concrete and center lines; it signified the freedom of the open road and encapsulated the American experience and way of life. Join Greg as he discusses how you can use these methods in your grain facility, feed mill, or agribusiness to gain and retain more customers.
